As part of the 2024 Science Innovation Series, the Chey Institute for Advanced Studies invited experts in advanced biotechnology to discuss global industry trends and Korea’s future growth strategies. The event, titled “Rewriting Bio-Innovation with AI”, explored emerging horizons in drug discovery and healthcare, examining how advanced artificial intelligence (AI) and digital transformation (DT) technologies are reshaping the biopharma landscape. Discussions included AI's impact from drug development and contract manufacturing (CMO/CDMO) to diagnostics and treatment, emphasizing the evolving innovation ecosystem and Korea’s strategic responses.
